It is possible to get STDs without sexual contact. Some sexually transmitted diseases can be transmitted via means other than sexual contact. For example, herpes, hepatitis b, and some other STDs can be transmitted without sexual contact. See the Infection Section for more info on STDs.
Getting tested for STDs is a great idea, koolest! We have an article all about testing, and it includes info for guys too: Testing, Testing?
