Nope. A period is the body's way of shedding the uterine lining, something a fetus needs.
However, spotting is possible throughout pregnancy and implantation bleeding (fairly rare but possible) can occur quite soon after conception.
If you think you might be pregnant or have had a pregnancy risk why not take a pregnancy test and find out for sure? They'll be accurate as soon as ten days after intercourse. The earlier you learn you're pregnant the more options you have.
