hi, since it's daylight savings..does that mean i should take my Pill at the normal hour or add one hour to it?

If you are on a combination pill, and not a "mini" pill, you can take the pill at either time. - Whatever you prefer, whatever time fits better.
While it's important to take the pill at the same time each day, 23 hours instead of 24 hour break between two combination pills will not harm effectiveness.
