ok, today is sunday. friday i was at my boyfriends house and i had on a skirt and he was laying on top of me. he was hard, if there was any pre-cum could i be pregnant? even if i had on panties? then saturday, we ended up having sex, we used a condom. he pulled out before he ejaculated as well. do i have any risk of pregnancy there? the condom did not break.

Anytime a man and woman have sex, whether they use every kind of contraception in the book, or they use nothing, there is a chance of pregnancy for the woman.
In your case, according to our flow chart, you have a low risk of pregnancy with the intercourse that you've described, and with the dry sex, it really depends on how much pre-ejaculate there was. Take a look at the link for more info. We can't tell you for sure that you're pregnant or not pregnant. If you're concerned, you should take a pregnancy test.
