i saw my boyfriend on feb 14. and we kind of had " dry sex", we didnt have sex at all and if were close i had clothes on or he had a condomn on , i have been going through alot of stress and trying to diet. my period is always late , even before this its always been late. could i be you know?

it sounds unlikely that you would have a preg. risk, but if you really must know, take a home pregnancy test 10-14 days following the sexual encounter in question.
as for dieting, please note that nothing works better than eating in moderation and getting plenty of exercise. also, if your doctor didn't instruct you to diet, chances are, you will be doing more harm than good to your body.

In addition, if your period is always "late", it's possible that you're confused about how to predict when it's due. The important thing to know is how many days long your cycle is: plenty of women have menstrual cycles which are longer or shorter than 28 days.
If, for example, you have a perfectly regular 30 days cycle, but you expect to get your period 28 days after the start of the previous one, then it will seem as if your period is "always late", when in fact it's not late at all.
