we had unprotected sex one time about 3 months ago and i did not ejaculate. since then we have had sex with a condom which had a spermicidal lubricant. the condom has never broken or slipped off. the past week she has been suffering from what a doctor believed was a yeast infection. She experienced itching and burning in the vagina and there was a ricota cheese like discharge once or twice. she also had some cloudy urine that burnt a bit. as of yesterday, she got a cold. Today, this cold was accompanied with dehydration, lower back pains, and nausea. she is going to see the doctor tommorrow, but i am just worried sick that she might be pregnant or even worse, she might have a serious problem. so....what are the chances?

There are no true "signs" of pregnancy, so take a home pregnancy test! They're relatively cheap and available at local drugstores, so buy one right away.
When your girlfriend goes to the doctor, she should make sure to be honest about being sexually active, and ask the doc about STD testing (you should get tested too)
As for what illness she has, well, it's up to the doctor to figure that out. We can't diagnose your girlfriend over the Internet. However, you may want to consider using condoms without spermicide--spermicide can irritate the vaginal area since it's similar to dishwashing detergent.
