Hi. Basically to cut to the chase, I had sex on Monday morning, the condom totally broke, and I'm not on birth control. I'm absolutely terrified, and to make things worse I'm not mentally well at the moment, I suffer quite badly from depression. I couldn't take ECP asap because I was actually in a different country, but I got back today (Tuesday) and got some tablets. However, I took the first one, and I was so scared, I made myself throw it back up. I don't know WHY the hell I did that. But I immediately took the second one.. if I go and get another one tomorrow morning before the 12 hours is up will I be OK? Will it diminish the effectiveness? I'm so scared.

Just go ahead and get that second one and it should be totally fine.
Were it me I'd call into my clinic now and find out what to do, but as long as you get a second dose within 12 hours, it should be abolsutely fine.
But YOU need to be fine, too. Stress also isn't good for you. It's understandable that a pregancy scare is going to freak any of us out, but do what you can to calm down and take care of yourself as much as you can: take a bath, get some breathing going, try to relax just a bit.
In the future, btw, do review and make sure you're using condoms correctly -- really, they rarely break when used correctly. And if you're really stressed out, either a break from sex or a backup birth control method mmight be a very good idea.

I'm thinking about getting an IUD fitted too possibly tomorrow, but can I have that inserted while I'm taking these tablets? They contain levonorgestrel, the same as the tablets I'm taking now. As you can tell, I REALLY don't want to be pregnant, and I am never, ever, ever going through this again!

IUDs really aren't advised for younger women. To boot, they by no means should be inserted when you may be pregnant -- EC is very effective, but it's not 100%. You'll need to wait to start any hormonal method until after you know for sure you have not become pregnant -- that is, until at least two weeks from now when you can take a test.
So, I'd suggest you get through this, and in the next couple of weeks afterwards, compare different methods.
And you know, no method is 100%, love. Any heterosexually-active woman is going to have pregnancy scares now and then. It's just how it goes. So, if you really can't handle this at all, it might be wiser to consider taking a break from procreative sex altogether until you feel a bit more cenetered and stable.
