Ok so I lost my virginity on January 3, it was unprotected (I'm sorry ) My last period started December 18th and lasted around 4 days. I'm two days late right now and I'm scared. I've been having cramps ever since the 3rd. Am I late just because of stress or what? I've heard you can/will be late your first time. I've tried not to stress but it's really hard not to you know? Please help me!

Sex, unless it causes pregancy, will not effect your period. That being said it could very well be late do to stress, changes in diet and excercise, etc.
Since it's been more than ten days and your period is late you can take a pregnancy test and expect accurate results so that's what I recommend you do. Do keep in mind that you also have a risk for STD/STIs so you and your partner will want to be tested to for those as well.
