Hello! I know this is probably asked quite often, but I couldn't find an answer exactly. Anyways, how likely is it that I could get pregnant if my boyfriend and I used three forms of contraception? I'm on the pill, though I missed three pills last month (my period started March 5th and ended the 12th)and I've missed none so far this month. We had sex on March 14th. He also used a condom and pulled out before ejaculation. What are the chances I could be one pregnant? It was my first time so I'm freaking out pretty badly. Thank you.

We do have an article that shows the effectiveness of two forms of birth control at a time: The Buddy System: Effectiveness Rates for Backing Up Your Birth Control With a Second Method
You can see there that two methods are generally extremely effective; I can't quite say pregnancy is impossible if three methods are used correctly, but it's about as unlikely as you can get while still having the kind of sex that can cause a pregnancy in the first place.
