I've always had kind of a irregular period but they always used to be around 5 weeks apart. In December of last year they switched to 8 weeks apart, and now I'm going on my 11th week without a period! For the last three weeks my breasts, especially the nipples, have been sore. I'm bloated and want to eat everything all the time. I haven't done anything without clothes on since December so I'm not too worried about pregnancy. Since my last period I've graduated, planned 2 graduation parties, prepared for/been in my sister's wedding, and have been thinking about college. And within the past two days I've gotten 3 canker sores. Is it safe to say stress is a major factor in this change in my menstrual cycle? Also I changed my sleep schedule as I now have to get up earlier for work.

Any advice is appreciated! [Smile]

Are you up-to-date with your GYN exams?

If so, have you asked about this?

Personally, I'd suggest looking into cycles getting that much longer apart, especially for a young person.
