I'm on aviane birth control (21 days of hormones, 7 days of placebo) and tonight would've been by 14th day of the pill (the Saturday of the second week). I was just about to take it at my usual time and ended up dropping it and it fell into one of the cracks of my car. I've never missed a pill entirely so I got worried and took the one for Sunday. Any advice on what I should do? Should I just continue the pack as normal and ill just be one day short before my bleed? Want to make sure I can minimize any risks here as I know it's more dangerous to miss a pill in the middle than right at the end.

You should be fine to finish the pack the way you described.

For the future, if you can arrange for it, keeping a spare pack around to take make-up pills from is a good idea.
