I just have one question what is a uterine scarring???? How does that exactly cause to miss or have a late period? Can you get uterine scarring from very heavy periods?

Uterine scarring, when it happens, is usually due to conditions like untreated STIs or other infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, or complications for a surgical abortion or childbirth (primarily from poorly performed D&Cs, a procedure often done with either).
Menstrual periods of any kind will not cause uterine scarring.
