Well, I'm not sure if this is anything or not, but I would like to think it is.

My boyfriend and I haven't had sex in about a month, and I have recently gone to my OBGYN for a pelvic exam and to get a prescription for birth control. I came back from that with her saying I looked healthy and normal, no problem.

Well, last night, I noticed a small lump on my labia. It looks a lot like a whitehead, really. It doesn't hurt unless I poke and prod it, and everything else seems normal. I'm thinking it might just be an ingrown hair, or something, but could it be something else?

It is possible to get clogged pores or pimples pretty much anywhere on the body, so it could very well be that. If it's on an area where hair grows, then it could be an ingrown hair too. You can try using warm compresses (a washcloth soaked in warm water) on it a couple of times a day and see if it clears up, but if it doesn't resolve itself in a couple of days you'll want to check in with your doctor again.
