What are the chances of getting pregnant if a boy just touches his penis to girls vagina without wearing a condom? Can precum can also be the cause of getting pregnant?

Yes, pre-ejaculate can contain sperm. Genital contact without ejaculation poses a small pregnancy risk, as well as an STI risk.

Nea, are we talking about hypothetical situations or are you concerned about an actual risk?

If you want to prevent pregnancy while still being sexual with a male partner, you will need to either avoid direct genital-to-genital contact and ejaculation on or near or genitals OR use some reliable method of contraception, like a condom, birth control pill or IUD.
