What you are describing can present risks of sexually transmitted infections, but is highly unlikely to present risks of pregnancy.
Either way, you and your boyfriend can take care of both (and just good manners) if he washes his hands before he touches your genitals.

Angella, the chances of pregnancy here are extremely low.
To present a viable risk, his hand would need a significant amount of pre-ejaculate or semen on it, and that fluid would need to come in contact with the vulva/vagina.
