My friend had unprotected anal sex with her boy friend a week before her period and at the same day and after a while from doing anal sex they had vaginal sex but they used a condom.. My quesrion is can she get pregnant?

Sabreen, unprotected anal sex can cause a pregnancy risk if semen comes in contact with her vulva/vagina. It also can pose a risk of STI infection, so if she hasn't begun her annual STI screenings, now would be a good time.

Vaginal sex with a condom (in a situation with no breaking and no unprotected genital contact) is generally very effective.

If she misses her period, she can take a pregnancy test to make sure (in the case she did have unprotected genital contact).
