when my boyfriend and i are fooling around he can feel a very smooth raised part inside my vagina and when he touches it i can feel a dull pain in my lower abdomen. i don't think this is normal, and it is causing me to be unable to fully enjoy fingering. we are not having sex and i am still a virgin. what is this and should i go see a doctor.

It's possible that he's touching your cervix, something many women find uncomfortable or even painful. If you feel it yourself (and you should be able to, it's only a couple of inches in) it sort of feels like the end of your nose, with a bit of a dimple in the middle.
To avoid this, your boyfriend just needs to keep from touching it. Have you told him that this is causing you pain?

i dont think he's inserting his finger far enough to hit my cervix. and the spot is on the side wall not the top. and he hits that spot almost every time his finger goes in and out. and its not incredibly painful or anything but its still unenjoyable. i have told him and we havent had a chance to fool around since then, so i dont no if trying to avoid the spot will help.
