I've recently been on antibiotics and while the doctor said it might interfere with my pill so I should use condoms for the time on antibiotics plus a week after (which i've done) I only just realised that I had sex without a condom with my boyfriend the night before I started on the antibiotics. The doctor never asked about this but now I'm worried that that could present a pregnancy risk?
I'd not have big concerns about that, myself.
If you were taking your pill properly to that point, it likely had worked the way it does: suppressing ovulation, thickening mucus making it tough for sperm to stay motile, thinning the uterine lining. So, that risk was likely covered already.
Plus, if the antibiotics were going to have an impact, it would not likely be immediate.
