Hello! I have a quick question. I know that it is possible for males to have orgasms without ejaculating, but what if this is a new occurrence? My boyfriend and I have been together for five years and just the past two times we have had sex, he has had orgasms but no ejaculation. This has never happened before, so I was just wondering if it could signal any kind of health problem if it is a new thing.

Thanks for any help-
