last night I gave my boyfriend a hand job but he had is pants and underwear on. there was no skin to skin contact. i rubbed his penis through two layers of clothing (his pants and underwear). he stroked the outside of my underwear. what are the chances of being pregnant?

You have asked NUMEROUS pregnancy-related questions here, all of which you've been told you have had no risk. Semen needs to come in contact w/ your vulva for there to be ANY risk. This isn't possible through clothing.
Are you sure you're ready for partnered sex right now? Have you talked about what you would do incase of pregnancy w/ your partner?

If he was wearing two layers, as you say he was, then what you were wearing is a moot point. Sperm could not have gotten through to you, to begin with.
Also, if you gave him a handjob, there was no genital contact. Thus, no pregnancy risk. Really.
