OKay so, once again my brother has picked up worms from school and, once again, theyve advised we treat the whole family. See, the only thing is, Im on the pill and it says in the booklet that certain antibiotics can interfere with it.

So I was wondering, would the treatment for this interfere with the effectiveness of my pill? And if so, what do I do?

You haven't given us the name of the antibiotic, so I can't do some searching on the 'net to see if your particular antibiotic might interfere with the pill. But in general, it should tell you in the info that came with the antibiotic which other meds it interferes with. And if you're not sure, just give the pharmacy a call, they'll be able to tell you.

If the antibiotic does compromise your protection, just back up with a condom for the rest of the cycle.

but say, if the condom broke, would that mean there was a bigger pregnancy risk?

If it happened to be one of the very few antibiotics (two, to my knowledge) that have been proven to interfere with hormonal contraception, then yes, if the condom broke, one should obtain EC.

Otherwise, your protection is about the same as it would be if the condom broke and you are taking hormonal birth control, which usually does not warrant EC.

The drug printout that came with your prescription will tell you if the antibiotic in question will interact with birth control pills. If in doubt, call your physician.
