Hi! I have a concern, and I'm not really sure what to make of it. The problem is that I am hungry ALL of the time. I seriously can't remember the last time I was full for more than 5 or 10 minutes. I've tried eating more carbs and more protien, witch didn't help at all. I've tried eating healthier, I've tried eating fatty foods, I've tried everything, but I can never stay full. I don't eat a tone of food at any sitting, but I do eat about a normal portion for every meal and a couple of snacks throughout the day. I'mnot gaining weight, and I fluxuate between maintaining my current weight and very slowly losing weight. The thing is, I'm only comfortable when I'm eating. If I'm not eating, I just feel painfully hungry. It's hard to concentrate in classes and I have trouble doing anything without a snack. What should I do to feel full for longer periods of time???
