Okay so I have been masturbating for a long time and also love doing it....fact is before my orgasms came way too quickly and gave me a lot of pleasure...I didn't use any instrument and all...I always masturbate with my fingers that's all....but now suddenly I don't orgasm all that quickly and plus it's not so intense like it used to be before. Can orgasmic levels differ in a same woman at different points in time? If so why? Because I am kinda worried......

That's really normal: remember that sexuality and sexual response is something which develops and changes over time, and we get more "used to" sensations that were once shiny and new.
