Me and my boyfriend have had sex a few times and sometimes he will just have sex with me with out a condom but won't ejaculate, and I was wondering what are the chances of me being pregnant from pre-ejaculation if I was just ending my period the day we had sex.

You have had a significant pregnancy risk. If this occurred within the last 120 hours, there is still time for you to obtain emergency contraception.
You've also had STI risks, so a full screening in about a month is in order if you and your boyfriend are not up to date with those. You'll want to follow up with another screening six months after that.
In the future, withdrawal is not a method of birth control - condoms used for all genital contact will greatly reduce your pregnancy and STI risks.
