Im not sure about this so i thought id ask to be on the safe side. Would it be ok to take my tablet a hour before i should do an stick to that time instead. Currently i take it at 11.40pm which is kinda late so im asking would it be safe and ok to take it at 11pm instead?

Yup! You ususally have a window of about three hours when taking your pill, so it would be no problem at all to switch your pill time to 11 p.m. or even a bit earlier if you wanted!

Yep, 10 should be fine as well. I wouldn't go much earlier than that, but as dailicious said, you have a window of about three hours in which to take your pill, and 10 p.m. instead of 11:40 is still within that range.
