under the rim of the head of my penis i have small,pimple like,spots.they are very small but there is about 40ish of them.i am a virgin so i guess its not an STI.they do not cause me any pain,or any discomfort, but i just would like to know if someone can tell me what they are and what i can do about them.

What you're describing sounds perfectly normal for the skin in this area. It's quite common for it to have a sort of "grainy" texture, with tiny little bumps.

As long as you've not had unprotected contact (STI/STD risk), and as long as the bumps aren't red, itchy, swollen, discharging, or irritated, it sounds like you've got nothing to worry about.
