Okay, for as long as I can remember I've had these small white spots ( very small pimbles )on my penis. Is this natural? Anyway about three years ago they started appearing on my hand after masterbation one time. But they went away and now they're back again. I've read somewhere that soap colud have done this. Is this true? They don't cause any irritation but I am very worried. What's my problem.

If you've had them on your penis as long as you can remember, they are probably either hair follicles or something called "pearly penis papules," both of which are perfectly normal on a perfectly normal penis. Tiny whitish bumps that don't itch, go away and reappear, or turn red or irritated are just part of the appearance of genital skin.

The bumps on your hand are very, very likely completely unrelated. Again, if they're not itching or irritated, there's little cause for concern; if you're worried, you need to have a doctor or healthcare professional check this out in person.

Hope this helps!
