well...lately (for about a week), "down there"- [both front and back], it's been really irritated/itchy- it kinda feels like there are a few bumps "in" there- when I shower, down there (front) is extremely sensitive- and sometimes, when I pee it hurts- like when I start it hurts, but once I'm started, it doesn't hurt anymore- is this an infection? is it caused by masturbation? I'm so scared- (I'm scared to tell my mom- I mean we don't really talk, so it'll be weird)- what do I do?!

like right on my tail bone...everytime I touch it (shower), it itches...wats going on down there!

Sounds like you may have some sort of infection...which means the best thing to do is get yourself to your health care provider and find out what's up. Infections can be caused by any number of things (which may or may not include masturbation - while the act itself doesn't inherently cause any sort of infection, if any objects used were unclean or sharp, etc. that could lead to an infection). Even something as simple as wiping the wrong way can lead to an infection.

Absolutely DO NOT try to treat this yourself with any over-the-counter yeast infection treatments (since it may not be a yeast infection and if you treat it like one, you'll end up giving yourself a yeast infection). Talk to your mom and get yourself to the doctor ASAP (since these sorts of things rarely go away on their own).
