I'm 30 and have had 7 ovarian cysts rupture in the last year and a half. Some were very painful the last one sent me to the emergency room (again). It was the worst the pain was even in my shoulders. I had constipation problems for around 7 months along with no periods, than after this rupture I have to go all the time. I also have a UTI again and today when the love of my life and I had sex it hurt so badly deep inside. The doctors keep giving me the run around... as I do not have insurance. Please advise me.
The thing is, there really isn't much we can do. We're not doctors, we can't see all the tests they've done and your medical history, or examine you. We don't know if you have other accompanying issues causing the cysts or making them worse like PID or endometriosis. If you have PCOS, you should be being treated via medication.
But I would suggest getting a second opinion, if you haven't already. If you don't have insurance (though with health issues like this, I'd suggest you look into getting it privately, or applying for Medicaid if you can't afford it), you can go to a low-income clinic or Planned Parenthood to get a different GYN to check all this out.
