I'm curious to know how skipping the placebo pills renders it ineffective as contraception. I'm glad that you stated that, because otherwise I wouldn't have known this. I'm lucky that I'm not sexually active.
Also, I was looking at the Scarleteen Gear portion of your website and am considering purchasing some items. I Emailed the Scarleteen shop with a couple questions weeks ago, but nobody ever replied. What I basically would like to know, is it's okay to order from Canada? All we'd have to do is convert the US dollars, to Canadian dollars, right? What about extra shipping??

Because the pill is designed to be taken in sequence, for the whole of the cycle, including the placebo or no-pill period.
Long-term tests have not been done on doing this, so there are no effectiveness rates for taking the pill as birth control but NOT as directed, but it is highly likely it WILL decrease the effectiveness of the pill.
