Hi, I have been masterbating for about 1 year now and I've noticed that the skin on my penis has not gone away. I am somewhat worried about this and I went to another site and it said that having sex may hurt and tear up the skin. I am wondering what I should do to make my penis loose the skin on the top so it comes out. It usually only comes up when my penis is erect. I need some thing to make the skin go away without using a circumcision. I tried rubbing it a little so the blood leaves it but nothing is quite happening. Please help!

I didn't entirely understand your question, but I'll do my best to answer.

If you have a foreskin, it will not go away. It is normal that the only time it will retract is when your penis is erect. If your foreskin is painfully tight, and you have trouble retracting it, you should talk to your doctor. If this is the case, circumcision may be recommended.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the blood". Do you have a wound, or do you mean the blood under the skin?
