you sre right it wasn't like i could see this lil body in the toliet...im just scared i went throu this before and it wasn't as bad thou i will go to the doc

You're welcome.

However, two possible or suspected miscarriaiges says to me than more than once, you've not used reliable birth control. So, avoiding that happening is really a matter of taking responsbility for that. Why not ask about reliable birth control methods when you see the doctor as well?

(And to boot, if you're also not practicing safer sex, time to pick that habit up as well -- it's more than avoiding anxiety, it's about protecting your health and well-being and that of your partners.)
