Me and my girlfriend decided to use sex toys well we got a vibrator that is really big, her vagina is stretched out a bit and when we do it she is really loose. Is this normal when a girl uses an object that is big and will it go away or go back to normal

The vagina is an elastic tube, so it's not going to be "stretched" permanently by anything, whether that's a penis, a sex toy, or a baby - unless actual muscle or tissue damage has taken place, which isn't going to happen unless something has been forced into (or out of) the vagina.
If the sex toy you have been using is too big for comfort, or if either of you have been trying to force it (or anything else) where it won't fit - don't. Stop using it (or keep it for external use alone; vibrators aren't just for using penetratively). "Bigger is better" isn't true for toys any more than it is for penises.
But otherwise, using a sex toy is not going to "stretch" someone's vagina permanently.
