i heard something about pre-cum what is it and can it get you pregnant. when you fool around can you get pregnant if ther is no real penetration in side of you.

Pre-ejaculate (pre-cum) is a fluid that the penis produces when a man is aroused. This fluid can contain sperm.

Sperm coming in contact with the vulva can make you pregnant--it is not necessary to have intercourse or penetration. So yes, pre-cum, and "fooling around" can make you pregnant if sperm comes in contact with the vagina.
