About 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I were in his pool and we got a lil touchy feely. When I say touchy feely I don't mean sex, I mean that I touched his penis and he fingered me. I don't think there was any pre-cum on him and we didn't have any skin to skin contact. Could I get pregnant because of this? I'm supposed to have my period this week and I have the symptoms of pms like tender breasts and slight cramping in the stomach but I'm wondering why it's not coming, I'm not stressing out and I KNOW that I'm not pregnant but I just wanna know why it's so late, could it be bc I keep on thinking about when it's going to be coming? I know it wasn't a good idea when my boyfriend and I fooled around in the pool and I'm really stupid for doing that, but I also started to really work out and I know that working out can alter your period a little. I just don't want to miss a period because I'll definitely be stressed out completey. Can you tell me what's going on, I'm annoyed and just a little worried about it.. I need to know the answer.

Delayed periods can be caused by stress, working out, etc, and cycles can be irregular in young women.

So what can you do about it? Try to stop stressing about it, and if it makes you feel better, take a pregnancy test. There's really nothing else you can do.
