The first time having sex I was very nervous and had trouble "getting it up"... But I didnt know that nervousness was the problem.. I didnt think nothing of it.. So the next time we were about to do it, I couldn't get it up again.... Now i'm nervous because of that..... i'm so worried that its gonna happen.. that it does.. and i get really frustrated and stressed.. I feel like it's impossible for me to have sex ever again... I get an erection very easily when masturbating so it's not like i'm incapable of getting hard.. She doesnt know that that is the problem. Theres usually people in the house, so I just tell her i'm too paranoid...

it's a vicious cycle, isn't it. Anxiety will definitely make it difficult for you to maintain and erection. The way to get over this is to calm down. I know, easier said than done. How about having a chat with your partner. Tell her what's up. If she's a decent person, she'll be understanding. The jitters happen to everybody. When it strikes my partner, I just talk to him, tell him it's okay and calm him so he doesn't get embarrassed. You can try other things to calm down: deep breaths, counting to twenty, and the like.
