ok, i dont know if this is serious or not but i think i need some help or advice if you would.

i have had this problem for a while now, its like this hard, small, nobly thing inside and i havnt got a clue what it is. im pretty sure its not a STI. so what could it be? is it dangerous? it doesnt hurt at all, but could it be cancer? do i need to see a doctor? will i be able to have children and will i die from it? im really worried and need some advice. ta.

Based on your description, I have no idea what you're talking about; a thing inside where? You might want to check out our article on Pink Parts – Female Sexual Anatomy and see if you can identify where it is -- it might just be something normal.

If you are concerned about your health, the best thing to do is to go and see a doctor. They can always give you good info.
