is it wrong to go out with someone three years older than u? like if they knew eachother all their lives?

Depends on a lot of things.

1) are you both over theage of consent for sexual activity, if you're going to be engaging in that sort of thing?

2) do you both like each other and want to date?

3) do your parents/guardians approve of you (or the other person) dating each other?

If you can answer yes to those questions, I don't see any problem...
