For the past few months my period has been regular...but this month I was stupposed to start on Monday or Tuesday...but my period is late. I've never had sexual intercourse. The only thing me and my boyfriend have done is manual & oral sex. If he ever fingers me or eats me out, I always go first..that way we don't have to worry bout getting anything on there's no way that during this, when he ejaculated, that it could have gotten on me. One time we had "dry sex" and he was sitting up..he didnt have pants on but I had on underwear...I think there was like barely a drop of "pre-cum" but i think i wasnt close enough to the top of his penis to have gotten any on me..much less enough to go through my panties. My period is late...but I know I've been stressed out because I keep thiking that something is wrong, and last week we had cheer tryouts so I was kinda stressed about that? Could this have thrown my period off? Since Wednesday, I have been having usual menstrual cramps in my back..but *no*'s just been usual discharge. I've been trying so hard to get my mind off of it...but it's aways in the back of my mind and I'm so scared. I'm not sure what to do...I'm trying to wait it out a couple of days so that hopefully my period will come....please give me some input on this...Thanx Bunches!

Keep in mind, your menstrual cycle is determined by the number of days in your cycle, not by calendar months. So if you're counting by calendar months it's quite possible, given that February was a short month, that it's just a mis-calculation of when it should arrive.

However, if you're counting by days in your cycle, then it's probably just a slight fluctuation in the length of your cycle. It happens to everyone, and since you've been under a goddly bit of stress, that could also be affecting it.

Your pregnancy risk is really quite low, but if you want, you can always take a pregnancy test to set your mind at ease.
