See, I'd ask this question in reply to one of the searches, which I did try. Except it says I can't do that. Something about forum names not matching or something along those lines. So I'm sorry!!!!
But anyways.....
I figure I'll stick this question in here....
My bf and I were fooling around, manual sex, and I noticed some kind of rash on his shaft near his head. Kinda like exsema (sp?) and red. I've never noticed it before.
While nobody here is a doctor, what could this be about? Just chafage, or naturally occuring, or signs of an STD?

Yeah, there have been a few problems with the forum name stuff. You're off the hook. ;] Don't worry about it.
This really could be anything: some sort of rash, allergy, chafing, infection, disease, whatever. I'd ask him to get his butt to the doc pronto and check this out, as with anything else strange.
[Spelling is eczema; I looked it up (http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?va=eczema)]

It could very well be any of those things, but without being able to see it, we can't even begin to guess, and as you already know, we'd very likely tell you to see a doctor anyway.
And until you know what it is, you might want to avoid sexual contact, or at least be doubly careful to practice safer sex -- latex gloves for manual sex, and condoms for any sort of activity that involves his penis entering any orifice. That way, if it's something that can be tranmitted from one person to another, you're greatly reducing your chances of contracting it from him.
