I'm 16, going on 17, and i've never been preganant, and every once in awhile i have a pain in my breasts near my nipple and when i squeeze the nipple a water white fluid squirts out. This has happend to me only twice and it happends once in a while when my boyfriend sucks on my nipples. What's wrong, why does this happend?

If pain accompanies discharge, that could indicate an infection, and should be checked out by a doctor. It's also possible to lactate a very, very little bit during ovulation because of hormonal fluctuations, and to be able to squeeze out dead skin cells and oil, but that would look more solid than fluid.
