Also, I have a kind of white substance which grows under the head of my penis sometimes and i`ve never been quite sure of what it is. I heard something about someone having something called "smeg", could this be it?
If so, what is it and what should I do about it?

Smegma. It's a normal accumulation of dead skin and sweat frequently found on the genitals of both men and women. It's easily cleaned off, and should be regularily, but just as part of normal hygiene; it's nothing to stress over.
