I'm really not sure what you might be describing, but it sounds like this is something you need to ask your doctor, preferrably when you're experiencing them so they can see and diagnose them properly. At the very least, your doctor can do a throat culture and make sure you're not looking at any sort of infection.

I think I get what you're trying to say.

Aren't you talking about bile ? It's supposed to be yellowish not too white. They can smell icky yeah.

Bile helps emulsify fats. It's made of cholesterols and enzymes and it's secreted by the liver. It shouldn't normally go up your throat too often. If it does, you might want to look at what you're eating : fatty things just makes it worse.

Anyway, if it doesn't stop with a proper diet, you might want to get it check by a doctor. If you're dealing too much with bile reflux, it can possibly harm you by causing complications. Also, having bile reflux too often can indicate that you might be dealing with an important condition.

So watch what you're eating and if it aren't getting better so I'd say go see your doctor.

I sometimes get these off the back of my tonsils, i went to doctor about it (so did my aunt as she also has them) and the doctor said its just bacteria clearing from the back of your throat and not too worry.
It its what your talking about they look liek small lumps of calliflower and if you feel one in your throat you feel like heaving.
