One of our policies here is that we do not tell people how to lose weight -- and along those same lines, we won't tell you how to gain weight either. Why? Because anytime you want to make weight changes, you need to do it safely. And what is "safe" may differ to an extent from person to person.
So if you feel like you need to gain some weight, you should start by making an appointment with your doctor. You need to make sure that you are healthy before you start making any changes in your diet or exercise and identify any physical problems or cautions that might cause you problems. If you skip this, you could end up doing serious or permanent damage to your body. Depending upon your doctor's recommendations, the next step is usually to consult with a trainer and/or nutritionist. They will be able to advise you about a healthy diet and correct exercise routine. You should never take supplements unless you are advised to do so specifically. Again, doing so without advice from someone who knows (and I don't mean the person selling the stuff at the store OR somebody who took the stuff themselves and it didn't kill them or something like that -- they know NOTHING about your body and your situation and they are NOT certified medical or other professionals) could lead to the wrong kind of weight gain or it could do damage to your body.
Those are the only tips we can offer (or allow to be offered) here. We only want to encourage our users to do things that are safe and healthy.
