I had sex the other night for the first time. It would've been considered two days ago about an hour or two ago. It was my first time, it was unprotected. He did cum after he pulled out and not inside me, but I'm scared about the pre cum. Should I get plan B? I know it was a dumb decision not to be protected, but its scaring me and actually making me feel sick to my stomach. I've been on the pill before but I stopped taking it about 2-3 months ago. I looked online about the pill I'm taking (Aviane) and it said I could use it as a emergency contraception but since I haven't been on it lately I don't know if that's okay to do so even though I still have a package at home. What should I do?

So, it sounds like you used withdrawal. With perfect use (meaning he withdrew well before ejaculating and did not ejaculate on or near your genital area), that is around 96% effective. If he did not withdraw in time, or some ejaculate got on your genital area, we're looking at 73% effectiveness.
If that is a risk you are not comfortable with, I would suggest you obtain EC.
And if you and your partner are not up to date with your STI tests, now is a good time to get caught up on that.

Btw, it's absolutely okay to use a pill you haven't been using as an emergency contraceptive if it's a pill that CAN be used that way, and indeed, yours can.
You probably saw the directions already, but in case you didn't, to use Aviane that way, it's: 5 pills within 120 hours after unprotected sex (in other words, now, as soon as possible) and 5 more pills 12 hours later.
