im 15 and me and my bf have been together for a whie now. we've talked about havin sex and how we want to be safe. we went and bought the condoms and everything but i want to be extra safe and be on birth control also. so i talked to my parents and they agreed to put me on it... but they told me to wait to have sex so they said they'd put me on it in about a year. but i don't want to wait it's my body and mind and i'll decide when i want to have sex. is ther any way that i can get birth control without my parents consent?? i just want to be safe and they don't understand

You don't actually need your parents consent to get birth control. But if your are insured through your parents, you may need to talk to them about it, as the doctor's visit will show up on the insurance statements.
If you don't want to involve your parents at all, you can look into going to a clinic such as Planned Parenthood. That way, you don't have to use your insurance, and can just pay out of pocket. Many PP offices and similar clinic will charge on a sliding scale based on income.

Your parents idea of you being safe is to have sex for a year without bc? *bangs head on wall*. You can go to a planned parenthood for cheaper insurance. You could also use the FAM method and just avoid sex on your fertile days as well.
