If a guy has a smaller penis (by length, not by width) is there less of a chace of a condom breaking?

Statistically, condoms rarely break, period, actually. And I have never seen any data which suggests breakage rates are influenced at all my size.

Have a condom handy? If so, you can open it and roll it over your ARM. The length of condoms stretches WAY more than any penis would require. If and when condoms break, it's usually because of things like being past the expiry date, not being put on correctly, or there not being enough lubricant used.
