Me and this girl were making out and the only thing I did was go down and "rub" her vagina. Afterwards, I rinsed my hands off and drove back home. I noticed that I was "precumming" and I had to wipe myself off. I used the hand that I played with her vagina with and then 3 days later I feel a weird agitation in my lower shaft and discomfort in the rectal area. Could I have caught something? Does anything survive that long outside the body to catch something?

It's pretty unlikely that you could have contracted anything by wiping your penis after you'd driven home.

But:

the only thing I did was go down and "rub" her vagina.

Does "go down" mean oral sex here?

Because yup, unprotected oral sex can certainly transmit STIs (as can manual sex, although it's a much lower risk).

So if you weren't practising safer sex, you do have a risk here.

If you're worried, your best option is to make sure you're getting regular STI screening (which we recommend for anyone who's sexually active anyway).

no..I did not oral sex. I just rubbed and washed my hands afterwards, then drove home. Then I wiped my penis and now I feel like I have irritation in my urethra and discomfort in the perideum area. So what do you think?

It's incredibly unlikely that anything would have survived you washing your hands.

So if you washed your hands after preforming manual sex, it's pretty much impossible for you to have transmitted anything to your genitals by wiping later on. The sensation you are noticing is almost certainly unrelated to what you have described.

You're still probably just fine. Nothing likely would have survived a rinse, dry, and drive home (during which time you likely touched lots of things).

Hmmm....thanks a lot for the input. Do you think what I am feeling then could be a urinary tract infection?

Hard to say...are you having any difficulty or pain when urinating?

If this is still irritating you today, then it's probably a good idea to make an appointment with your health care provider.
