I guess it is highly due to the fact that you haven't eaten your breakfast.

Is it the first time you faint ? If that happens quite often you might think about seeing a doctor to make sure it's not hypoglycemia you're dealing with.

When you don't eat for a long time, you blood sugar fall but normally our body just restore it to a normal level(through gluconeogenesis). But sometimes, it just can't or it's not enough because of a lot of things (medication, prolonged fasting, liver problem, ...) and when it doesn't you experience hypoglycemia. (I don't want to use big words or explanations because really it wouldn't help you so I just kept it really simple). You might experienced different things like dizziness, fatigue and it can even lead to fainting. Believe me, I've experience many fainting before and I've seen many people faint at school because they didn't eat breakfast.

Having sex didn't help since it is demanding a lot physically sometimes and seemed to have made it a little harder to keep your blood sugar steady. It's just as if you would have gone running when you have eating nothing, when you run low on energy. Think about it.

Next time, whether you have sex or not, I highly recommend you to eat a breakfast no matter what. It really help.
