I'm not sure if this is true, but do all hormonal birth control methods have a risk of hair loss as a side effect?

I have experienced quite a bit with the use of depo, and now that it's running its course, I would prefer not to lose any more. I've been prescribed ortho tri cyclen and I'd just like to know whether i should take it, or wuss out and take diane 35...

i'm confused, why would you be "wussing out" if you took diane 35?

anyway. it's a possibility with all hormonal birth control, yes, but different ones have different effects on different people.

i was convinced i was losing hair when i was on alesse, so i switched to another low-dose pill, mircette, which is working nicely.

so yeah i would try the new pill.

Diane 35 is a birth control pill I believe. You should talk to your doctor about the differences. It wouldnt be wussing out to take Diane 35 instead of otho tri cyclen since they are both the pill.

well Diane 35 isn't classified as a birth control pill by the canadian government. Apparently it isn't as effective as other pills
